Lighthouse utilizes the skills and expertise of licensed professionals and a team of Master's Level Counselor Trainees, who, working under the direct supervision of the Director of Counseling, provide quality services, particularly to clients whose income level would make counseling unaffordable. Further,
† All Lighthouse counselors are prepared spiritually and professionally to offer
counseling from a Judeo-Christian perspective.
† We offer counseling at several locations throughout the greater Columbus area
to children, adolescents, individuals, couples and families.
† All Lighthouse counselors have at least a Master's Degree and are licensed or
pursuing licensure, by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage
and Family Therapist Board. Clinical Supervision is provided by our
Director of Counseling, Steven L. Johnston (MA, PCC-S).
Appointments:
Days, times, and locations vary by counselor. Day, evening, and some Saturday appointments are available.
Would you like to be a Counselor Trainee?Lighthouse is also interested in providing opportuntities for graduate students pursuing
careers in the counseling profession. Lighthouse provides internships for qualified
applicants as they become available. Interested graduate students should contact
