In addition to the daily pressures of ministry that are a part of every pastor's job description, there are challenges most people don't face -- such as inadequate pay, despite long hours of service; the difficulty of finding anyone to safely confide in; and the stigma of sharing with anyone (other than God) about problems and struggles.
