As a certified Nutrition, Sleep, Stress Management, and Recovery coach, Rachel helps others transform their lives, develop resilience, and regain a sense of clarity, control, and calm so they can thrive where God has planted them.

When she’s not coaching, she’s busy as a mom of five, educator, home baker, and nature explorer.

After surviving many years of sleep deprivation, recurrent burnout, and a consistently overloaded schedule, she longed to switch from mere survival to really thriving. To stop living from a place of exhaustion and feeling overwhelmed to living from a place of joy, peace, and strength.

In 2023, the Lord answered her prayers and helped her find the resources and support she needed to transform her life from the inside out. She learned the secret to creating permanent transformation rather than short-term changes that don’t stick.

The result: she lost seventy pounds and developed better coping mechanisms and habits that supported her body’s needs for rest and recovery.

Then she felt called to share this gift with others. So, she founded Chrysalis Health Transformation Group and completed her certifications in Nutrition Coaching and Sleep, Stress Management, and Recovery Coaching.

Rachel believes that everyone has the potential to harness the power of metamorphosis, to create permanent, positive change in their lives. Her passion is to share hope, build community, and provide support where needed so others can experience the same joy and freedom in their own lives.
